Fred has over 15 years of experience as a Paramedic, serving as an EMS Operations Manager for a private ambulance company as well as serving in hospital ER settings and as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT in Columbia County. Fred has been an American Heart Association Instructor for 10 years.

As an Associate Instructor at Rapid CPR WI, Tiffany believes that everyone should have some type of CPR and First Aid training. After experiencing a CPR emergency in real life, she became CPR certified to feel empowered in these types of situations. She eventually went on to become an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor to teach others important life-saving skills.
